How Frontier priority works before public sale

    Registry locks price

    The registry for .agent sets the first-year price before seeing any member max prices.

  2. 02

    Members commit points and set max price

    Points determine order. Members set their max first-year price and reserve funds. All hidden from registry and other members.

  3. 03

    Points determine priority order

    Eligible orders ranked by points committed.

  4. 04

    Top qualifying member gets the name

    Frontier privately compares the registry’s locked price and each member’s max price, starting with the highest-ranked eligible order. Orders qualify when the max covers the price and funds are authorized. In this example, orbiter’s max fell short. You register alex.agent and never pay above your max, plus disclosed fees.*
